How do I make a return?
You can make a return within 14 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, products must be mailed (or returned in person) and received under the following conditions:
Unworn and in new condition
In all original padded packaging materials with tags attached
With original packing slip for proper crediting along with a copy of your receipt that was emailed to you at time of purchase.
All returns will be scanned with infrared light to ensure product was not worn.
Returns/refunds will not be accepted if worn.

Refunds are issued 3-7 business days after your return has been received by our office and will be credited back to the method of payment originally used.
How do I make an exchange?
If you would like to exchange an item, simply call to schedule an in-person appointment or return the item by mail under the conditions listed above. A refund will be initiated. Alternatively, you can make a new purchase, follow the direction above, and when we receive your original item, a refund will be made within 5-10 days. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of original order.
What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive your item in less than perfect condition, please contact us by phone within 5 days of original delivery. Then, send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, address, phone number, item style number and a photo of the damaged item so we can help you with a quick replacement. You may make a new purchase or simply follow the directions above and a refund will be completed when we receive the damaged item back.
You may also return the damaged item in person within 5 days to our store at 400 River Ridge Drive, Elgin, IL 60123 and get a replacement. Kindly call ahead first as our expert stylists we work by appointment only 847-450-3914. (Most hours are M-F 7a to 4p. Saturday, 10am to 5p)
